At O6AI, I built Lens’s 12-step enterprise onboarding runbook, where an LLM-agent command bar orchestrates tenant provisioning and go-live through function calling. I also designed Lens’s versioned Configuration REST API and a reusable typed async Python SDK.

I secured multi-tenant access with OIDC and OPA-based RBAC, and built a Cloud Run microservice issuing per-tenant Cloud KMS keys. I also migrated Lens from Firestore to Cloud SQL, cutting service startup from about five minutes to seconds and request latency by about three seconds.

At Excellence Education, I built a study-material platform for 10,000+ learners and engineered a Gemini-powered RAG chatbot grounded in course content. Embedding the assistant in courses and across the platform reduced support queries by 80%.
