I’m a results-driven Scrum Master II and Agile Project Manager with over 4.5 years of experience leading cross-functional software development teams and delivering high-impact SaaS, Human Capital Management (HCM), and Payroll solutions.

At NESS Digital Technology, I serve as Scrum Master II for an enterprise-level cross-functional Agile team of 12–15 members for the Lifion CORE HR platform. I facilitate Scrum ceremonies end-to-end and partner with Product Owners to refine the backlog, map cross-team dependencies, and establish release roadmaps.

I focus heavily on execution and measurement—optimizing SaaS workflows and payroll lifecycles, increasing delivery predictability, and improving sprint velocity using Jira dashboards and sprint metrics. I also remove technical impediments and escalate/mitigate organizational blockers to keep engineering teams unblocked.

Previously at ADP India, I managed Agile delivery for multiple concurrent Scrum teams (8–10 members) delivering time-critical compliance and regulatory payroll features under aggressive deadlines. I strengthened cross-functional collaboration between Product, QA, and Engineering, introduced structured backlog grooming with standardized Story Point baselines, and coached teams using Velocity, Cycle Time, and Burndown data for continuous improvement.
