At CBRE, I automated financial data processing and Excel Pivot analysis across 1,800+ commercial units, reducing reporting time by 25%. I also supported property valuation through market research, beta analysis, and DCF and rental reversion models.
At EazyDiner, I analyzed customer visit patterns and proposed a bank-restaurant discount integration that was adopted for city-wide rollout. I also contributed to a referral reward redesign and launched campus activations across DU colleges.
My project work includes a DCF and relative valuation model for Wheels India and RFM customer segmentation with a Power BI dashboard for Zomato sales analysis. I studied Financial Investment Analysis at Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies and have also worked on consumer research, market benchmarking, and growth strategy projects.
