At Amdocs Development Centre India LLP, I lead the Federation Identity / IAM platform securing 150+ microservices. I set architecture direction and standards for security, resilience, observability, and audit controls.

I architected the External Auth Provider for machine and workload identity, and migrated services to it through side-by-side cutover with zero downtime. I also engineered Security Context, reducing P99 latency from 5.2 seconds to 85 milliseconds.

I delivered Federation Identity Manager token exchange across six external identity providers and automated zero-downtime STS signing-key rotation. I also built Business Roles Hierarchy REST APIs for RBAC enforcement across 150+ services.

I designed a production AI troubleshooting agent with Neo4j, RAG, MCP, and Ollama local LLMs, cutting root-cause analysis from hours to minutes while keeping source code inside the cluster. Earlier, at Zensar Technologies for Cisco India, I delivered tools that reduced quote turnaround and consultant approval times.
