At LEVC, I partner with the Aftersales team on parts stock visibility and profitability, working with outsourced provider TVS. I also support accurate accounting and provisioning for finished goods and aftersales stock.
I support the monthly Commercial function P&L across Retail, UK, European and Rest of World activity, alongside month-end journals and balance sheet reconciliations. I also contribute to the Commercial Budget and Business Plan.
At IR Charity, I developed financial models and management reporting for an international portfolio with I&E exceeding £275 million. I advised 14+ budget holders and built the case for a new ERP system with financial models and ROI analyses.
At Wickes PLC, I developed models for budgeting and forecasting across a category portfolio exceeding £750 million. I also analysed the TradePro Event, which generated over £3 million in sales, and produced trading packs and performance dashboards.
