At Candino Group of Industries, I oversee day-to-day operations across Export, Import, Accounts, Production, Procurement, Inventory Management, HR, and IT. I spearhead ERP implementation and IT networking infrastructure upgrades.
I lead compliance audits including SEDEX SMETA, BUNZL, CTPAT, CoC, and ISO, and handle EFS analysis and reconciliation, product certification, and bank dealings. I also coordinate with international clients on specifications and regulations.
At Metal Engineering Works, I directed daily aviation maintenance operations and managed procurement, contracts, and payroll. Earlier, at Shaheen Engineering & Aircraft Maintenance, I coordinated station operations and maintenance documentation across Karachi and Sialkot.
