What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote opportunity in customer support, virtual assistance, social media management, content creation, or e-commerce operations where I can contribute and develop additional professional skills.

At The 2305 Store, I manage day-to-day activities for an online retail business specializing in thrift clothing and fashion accessories. I create product descriptions and promotional content to showcase merchandise and support sales.

I communicate with customers through online channels, answer product enquiries, and share order-related information. I also coordinate product presentation, pricing, inventory updates, and promotions.

In independent digital content and photo-editing projects, I develop social media ideas and use Canva, CapCut, and mobile editing applications to create and refine content. During my Biology Educator placement with the National Youth Service Corps at Rehoboth Royal School, I prepared and delivered Biology lessons.
