At Subconscious.ai, I led frontend development for an AI-powered experimentation platform, ultimately owning performance, state architecture, and real-time features as the sole frontend developer.

I reduced the JavaScript bundle from roughly 900KB to 500KB and cut load time from 7 seconds to 3 seconds through code splitting, dynamic imports, image optimization, and dependency removal.

I built shared application state with Zustand, reduced redundant API calls by about 60%, and delivered collaborative editing with Liveblocks and resilient Server-Sent Events updates. Previously, I delivered VisaSync’s complete React frontend, including authentication, guided applications, status tracking, and English/Persian localization.

I also mentor developers through code reviews and architectural workshops, and I’m building AI-powered products including AutomateApply and Proposal Writer AI.
