At Global Brands Group, I built backend systems for personnel management and ISO 27001 audit tracking, and delivered a maintenance-management platform across .NET and Angular. I also serve as Lead Developer on TickHelp, taking the platform from architecture through delivery.
I'm building TickFlowAI, an AI-powered ITSM and helpdesk SaaS platform, as its founder and sole developer. I designed its secure multi-tenant architecture and am developing its backend, frontend, AI features, and cloud infrastructure.
My work also includes a vehicle-routing optimization project at Nile University, where I researched and implemented AI and fuzzy-logic techniques. At GBG Academy, I teach full-stack development through practical, production-style projects.
