I'm looking to transform operational data into reliable datasets, business metrics, dashboards, automation workflows, and actionable decision-support tools.

I've built recruitment dashboards and AI-supported decision tools at NOVEC, turning HR data, CVs, and job requirements into structured datasets, candidate matching, scoring logic, and actionable views.

I use Power BI, Power Query, DAX, SQL, Python, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Odoo ERP to automate workflows and make operational data easier to track and use.

My projects include executive performance analytics, recruitment pipeline reporting, and a market-risk platform covering 70+ listed equities, with metrics for revenue, churn, retention, volatility, drawdowns, and downside risk.
