I’m a detail-oriented Team Lead reports and analytics at Kano Electricity Distribution Company PLC. I ensure customer records are captured and maintained accurately, and that customers and staff are served well through disciplined billing and reporting.

Previously, I served as an Officer Prepaid Operations and Support, where I focused on generating and maintaining customer records, database administration, and producing reports. I also supported other staff to keep operations running smoothly and consistently.

My work strengthens the connection between data and daily execution: I specialize in maintaining prepaid meters and generating reports with IT knowledge from system administration and data analysis. I’m also adept at creating accurate billing statements following invoicing protocol and justifying invoice charges with the proper paperwork.

I bring both hands-on ICT experience and analytics leadership—supported by my M.Sc. in Information Technology. I’m motivated by accuracy, responsiveness, and improving how information flows across teams so decisions and customer service stay reliable.
