At the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Authority (PPDA), Uganda, I gained first-hand exposure to public procurement audits by attending audit launch and exit meetings.
I reviewed procurement guidelines and regulations to understand compliance requirements, and helped prepare and organise audit documents and files.
I used Microsoft Excel and Word for data handling, documentation and reporting, and took notes and prepared meeting summaries to support the audit team. I’m interested in political analysis, research and public speaking.
