What I'm looking for

I’m looking to advise teams on platform design and workflow architecture, especially where AI-enabled tools are being introduced. I want to help leadership structure product and operational systems so complex collaborative work runs reliably.

Over the past 18+ years, I’ve worked at the intersection of product, operations, and real-world execution—helping teams turn complex ideas into platforms, workflows, and operational systems that run reliably in the real world.

Much of my career was spent at Qube Cinema, where I led product teams building digital cinema platforms used across the film and media industry. I later established Qube’s Virtual Production and Virtual Art Department initiatives, bringing real-time 3D environments, LED stages, and emerging AI tools into practical production workflows.

Today, I advise organisations on designing systems and workflows that introduce new technologies, including AI, while keeping teams aligned and operations reliable. I focus on platform design, operating models, and delivery mechanisms that make collaboration across engineering, creative, and business teams work smoothly at scale.
