Junior Software Engineer passionate about AI-driven products and product quality.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Junior Software Engineer with hands-on experience in TypeScript, Python, Git, and self-directed software projects. I bring a disciplined, detail-oriented mindset shaped by 15 years of operational experience in the U.S. Navy.
I focus on improving product quality through structured testing and careful engineering—writing test cases, reproducing bugs, and documenting issues with clarity. I enjoy exploring edge cases and understanding how systems fail so I can help fix them.
In my recent work, I investigated abnormal data patterns using structured analysis and updated operational databases and tracking systems with high accuracy. I also collaborated with technical staff to resolve field issues and clarify requirements, and I trained new technicians with clear procedural documentation.
Across both technical and operations roles, I’ve owned problem-solving end-to-end: troubleshooting workflows and equipment, producing technical documentation/SOPs, and supporting cross-functional collaboration. I’m especially interested in AI-driven products and building reliable, well-tested software.
