At BEAT LLC, I lead development to enhance and expand the ERPIMS suite, building frontend applications with Visual Studio, C#, and ASP.NET and supporting Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server backends.

I work closely with program managers, project leads, customers, and cybersecurity teams to assess defects and change requests, gather requirements, produce design documentation, and establish RMF artifacts. I also manage CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps Server source control, Jenkins jobs, Artifactory deployments, and Automox Software Management.

Across GovCIO, Salient CRGT, CRGT Inc., and freelance software engineering work, I've maintained enterprise application suites, performed functional and regression testing, administered source control, and migrated applications and environments to the cloud.
