At Grupo Clima, I design and maintain centralized Power BI dashboards for service, maintenance, billing, margin, work orders, and operational KPIs. I develop ETL workflows, DAX measures, and dimensional data models to support reporting and management decisions.
Previously, at Lutron Electronics, I developed dashboards for SMT manufacturing operations and integrated production, quality, and operational data into BI reporting. In contract work, I created Power BI dashboards, Star Schema data models, and reporting workflows for external business clients.
