I’m a results-driven Computer Engineer and government technology leader with 5+ years driving digital transformation in high-stakes public sector environments. I focus on architecting secure, scalable systems and delivering reliable services under strict compliance requirements.

In my current role as a Computer Engineer (Gazetted Officer, Class III) for the Government of Nepal, I architected and deployed secure, mission-critical software serving multiple government agencies while ensuring uptime and adherence to national IT security standards. I’ve also managed Oracle databases for high-volume transaction processing, optimizing query performance and implementing disaster recovery protocols that reduced system downtime by 60%.

I administer enterprise virtualization infrastructure (VMware ESXi/vSphere) and SAN storage, and I design network security policies using Fortinet to protect critical infrastructure while maintaining performance. I lead cross-agency technical coordination, resolving integration challenges and establishing interoperability standards across multiple departments.

Beyond engineering delivery, I manage ICT procurement processes valued at 50M+ NPR while navigating government regulations and achieving cost savings. Earlier, I built RESTful APIs and frontend features using Node.js/Express and React, and I continuously strengthen team quality through debugging, testing, refactoring, and mentorship (including providing lectures for the Nepal Engineering Council exam).
