What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue delivering permit-ready residential and light-commercial structural designs, applying gravity and lateral analysis while collaborating on code-compliant solutions through permit submission.

I've contributed to 90+ U.S. residential and light-commercial projects, delivering wood-frame and steel designs for new construction, additions, ADUs, and as-built structures.

As a freelance Residential Structural Designer in Burnaby, I provide structural design and drafting support for U.S. wood-frame projects. I develop gravity and lateral solutions for superstructures and foundation systems and prepare calculation packages for permit review.

At Uppteam, I led structural design and code-compliance reviews for timber and steel projects across Texas, Colorado, Arizona, and Washington. I reviewed design packages, mentored junior engineers, and resolved complex county plan-check comments with documented engineering justification.

Previously at Dheeraj Engineering, I designed timber and steel elements for 40+ projects in California, Hawaii, and Florida, including three-story apartments and ADUs under high-seismic and high-wind criteria.
