At Scintillating SoftwareServicesPvt. Ltd., I built InternshipWALA from discovery through delivery, translating student and employer needs into product requirements, user stories, and roadmap priorities. The Learning Management System I built for 15+ institutions improved student results by 15%, platform usage by 8%, and customer satisfaction by 10%.
I used customer feedback and product analytics to guide prioritization, reducing drop-offs by 7% and follow-up time by 12%. I also facilitated Agile delivery across cross-functional teams, led product demos and go-to-market initiatives, and contributed to improvements in acquisition, revenue, and service availability.
