At Kelly Tutors, I conducted competitive analysis and usability evaluations to identify navigation, readability, and accessibility pain points for parents. I redesigned website interfaces and course thumbnails, translating research findings into simpler layouts and visual designs aligned with parent needs.
With the IDEA HCI Lab at UWB, I researched user-centered interaction approaches for a reminiscence-therapy memory support application. I contributed to prototype development and usability testing, then analyzed user needs and research findings to inform accessible interface designs.
On Miraclesense, I developed backend functionality for a browser extension that detects AI-generated text and images while supporting adjustable accessibility features. I implemented backend logic in Java, styled interfaces with HTML/CSS, and used GitHub for version control and cross-browser testing.
As IxDA President at UWB, I organize weekly meetings and coordinate student design initiatives. I created Figma templates and branded graphics that contributed to a 150% increase in community engagement, and coordinated partnerships with 20+ campus organizations.
