For a telecom operator’s self-service platform, I rebuilt the information architecture, ordering flows, and design system. Within six months of release, mobile-service conversion grew 35% and bounce rate reached 23%; post-launch eSIM journey fixes brought average daily orders to 177% above the initial baseline.
I designed a connected ordering, preparation, pickup, and administration system for corporate cafés, handling 800+ orders a day in offices across four countries. For food-delivery operations, I designed a platform for customers, restaurants, coordinators, and couriers across 15+ locations; according to the client, typical delivery time fell from 60–90 to 30–40 minutes.
I also designed ISP self-service that grew daily connection requests 130% after launch, and an online printing platform that sustained 30% visitor-to-order conversion over five years after launch.
