At CTI, LLC, I resolve customer wired and wireless network incidents and install, configure, and maintain network equipment. I implemented two-factor authentication for employees’ remote VPN access and automated security-device configuration changes with Python, reducing administration-case execution time by about ten times.
At Domein, LLC, I participated in deploying network infrastructure at three entertainment centers and two data centers. I also developed a Python script for mass configuration changes across Cisco and Avaya equipment, and a PHP corporate phone directory that synchronizes numbers from Active Directory.
