At Yandex CrowdTech, I design internal AI, data operations, and crowd-workflow platforms used by approximately 800 employees across business, technical, analytical, and operations teams.

I led a cross-functional redesign of project and pool creation that migrated 100% of a major active segment across 2,000+ projects. I also design AI-based price recommendations, training flows, bulk actions, table UX, and task-interface creation for operational teams.

Previously at Insaim Design Studio, I shipped 15+ client projects spanning B2B products, enterprise tools, edtech, AI products, and technical ecommerce. My work improved Smartbot setup completion from 20% to 30%, reduced post-registration abandonment by 2×, and helped make a procurement flow almost 3× faster to complete.

I work from discovery and information architecture through high-fidelity prototyping, design systems, handoff, implementation review, and design QA. I enjoy making dense, data-heavy operational workflows clearer through systems thinking and close collaboration with product, engineering, analytics, and operations.
