I’m a board-certified psychiatric pharmacist with 20+ years across acute-care, psychiatric, surgical, and community settings. My focus is psychopharmacology and evidence-based medicine, with deep expertise in schizophrenia pharmacotherapy and clinical guideline implementation.
In hospital practice, I led prescription audit and optimization for antipsychotics, working with physicians to shift from polypharmacy to monotherapy—driving my facility’s antipsychotic monotherapy rate to approximately 80%. I also manage specialized regimens requiring close oversight, including clozapine and long-acting injectable antipsychotics, coordinating care with physicians and nursing teams.
I contribute to Drug Information (DI), therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM), medication-safety initiatives, and hospital–pharmacy liaison coordination.
