I am a business and software analyst passionate about solving systems and business problems, translating requirements into clear software scope, and improving process maturity. I combine academic training in systems optimization with hands-on experience in requirement gathering, SDLC, and business process analysis.

My practical experience includes roles at Aseh Tejarat Asia and KaroKasb where I led requirement elicitation, As-Is and To-Be process design (BPMN2), and supported testing and delivery. I work with tools such as Camunda Modeler, Visio, SharePoint (Nintex, BPCPowerForms), SSRS, and JavaScript, and I apply frameworks like BABOK, ITIL4, APQC and eTOM-TMForum.

I bring a collaborative, research-driven approach, strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, and familiarity with data analysis (Python) and visualization (PowerBI).
