Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Windshield Repair Technician to join our innovative team. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in windshield repair or a related field.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing or mentoring teams.
- Strong technical knowledge of windshield repair techniques and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Preferred:
- Certification in windshield repair from a recognized institution.
