Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Auto Glass Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional service and quality in the auto glass repair and replacement industry. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and enhancing team performance to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the auto glass repair team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in the auto glass industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of auto glass repair and replacement procedures, tools, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership and customer interaction.
Preferred:
- Experience with managing inventory and supply chain processes.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and reporting tools.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
