Role Overview
We are on the lookout for a creative and visionary Lead Watercolor Artist to join our team, where you will play a critical role in shaping the artistic direction of our projects. Responsibilities
- Lead the artistic vision for watercolor projects, ensuring alignment with overall creative strategies and goals.
- Mentor and guide junior artists, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages artistic growth.
- Create high-quality watercolor illustrations that resonate with our audience and elevate our brand.

- Develop and maintain a cohesive style guide for watercolor art, ensuring consistency across all visual content.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques, integrating new ideas into our artistic practices.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of professional experience as a watercolor artist or in a similar artistic role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of watercolor techniques and styles, with an emphasis on creativity and originality.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and manage a team of artists.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate artistic concepts and ideas effectively.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a remote team environment, demonstrating strong self-motivation and discipline.
- Familiarity with digital illustration tools and techniques to complement traditional watercolor methods.
- A background in art education or a related field.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in traditional watercolor techniques, including washes, layering, and texture creation.
- Experience with digital art tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Procreate, or similar software.
