Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Warranty Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the management of warranty claims and processes, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies. You will be integral in maintaining accurate records and facilitating communication between customers and service teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the processing of warranty claims in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of warranty claims and customer interactions in the warranty management system
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding the status of their claims and any required information
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures
- Identify and escalate any issues or discrepancies related to warranty claims
- Provide administrative support to the warranty team as needed
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in administration or customer service
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
- Experience in warranty administration or related field
- Familiarity with warranty management software or systems
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with warranty management systems or CRM tools is a plus
