Responsibilities

- Conduct risk assessments and validations, documenting and reporting results to stakeholders while ensuring timely resolution of deviations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance and best practices in validation.
- Facilitate training and development initiatives for validation staff to enhance their technical expertise and compliance awareness.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in validation within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA) and validation best practices.
- Proven experience in managing validation projects and leading cross-functional teams.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Certification in Quality Assurance or Validation (e.g., ASQ, ISPE).
- Experience with computer system validation (CSV) and risk management methodologies.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep understanding of validation protocols and methodologies, including IQ, OQ, PQ.
- Proficiency in using validation software tools and document management systems.
- Experience with statistical analysis and process control methodologies.
