Role Overview

Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in user research, preferably in a technology or product design environment.
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting research findings to varied audiences.
Preferred:
- Experience with usability testing tools and methodologies.
- Understanding of design thinking principles and user-centered design.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Basic proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or Google Analytics.
- Experience with survey platforms like SurveyMonkey or Typeform.
- Knowledge of UX research tools (e.g., UserTesting, Optimal Workshop) is a plus.
