Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and visionary Director of Trust Services to lead our initiatives in establishing and maintaining trust with our clients. This role is crucial in shaping our trust services framework, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving a culture of integrity across the organization. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing trust-related services that align with our mission and values.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for trust services that enhances client confidence and satisfaction.

- Establish metrics and evaluation processes to assess the effectiveness of trust services and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate trust services into our broader business strategy and operations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on trust-related issues, providing guidance to internal stakeholders and representing the organization in external engagements.
- Foster a culture of ethical behavior, transparency, and accountability within the organization.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in trust services, compliance, or related fields, with a proven track record of leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of trust regulations and standards applicable to our industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience in a senior leadership role within a financial services or technology organization.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Familiarity with emerging trends in trust services, including digital transformation and technology integration.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in regulatory compliance frameworks and risk management practices.
- Experience with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their implications for trust services.
- Knowledge of technology solutions that enhance trust services, including identity verification and fraud prevention tools.
