Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Trust Officer to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the administration of trust accounts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, while providing exceptional service to our clients. You will work closely with senior officers to gain valuable insights into trust management and fiduciary responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the administration of various trust accounts, including reviewing documentation and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with senior Trust Officers to prepare reports and accountings for clients and beneficiaries.
- Conduct ongoing monitoring of trust accounts to ensure proper asset management and adherence to investment strategies.
- Develop a thorough understanding of client needs and provide support in the implementation of trust services.
- Participate in client meetings, providing insights and assistance as needed.
- Support the team in the analysis of client portfolios, identifying potential areas for improvement or adjustment.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred:
- 1+ years of experience in trust administration, estate planning, or financial services.
- Familiarity with fiduciary laws and regulations.

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
