Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Time Study Specialist to join our operations team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) based on time study results

- Assist in the development of performance benchmarks and KPIs for various workflows
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in time study analysis or process improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies for process optimization
Preferred:
- Experience in a manufacturing or operational environment
- Familiarity with statistical software (e.g., Minitab, SPSS) and process mapping tools
- Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in data collection and analysis using Excel or similar tools
- Ability to create detailed process maps and flowcharts
- Experience with performance management software and reporting tools
