Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Entry-Level Therapeutic Dietitian to join our dynamic nutrition team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients, gathering relevant medical history and dietary habits.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop, implement, and evaluate therapeutic diet plans.
- Provide nutrition education to patients and their families, ensuring understanding of dietary modifications and health benefits.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust dietary plans as necessary, documenting changes and outcomes in electronic health records.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and optimize nutrition interventions.
- Stay current with the latest research and developments in nutrition and dietetics to inform practice.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field.
- Completion of an accredited dietetic internship.
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential or eligibility to sit for the RDN exam.
Preferred:
- Experience in clinical nutrition or therapeutic dietetics through internships or volunteer work.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems and dietetic software.
- Membership in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of nutrition assessment tools and dietary analysis software.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and dietary guidelines.

Location
