Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices in both manual and automated testing.
- Proven experience in managing testing activities across multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advocate for quality throughout the organization.
Preferred:
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies and their impact on the testing process.
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
- Certification in quality assurance (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) is a plus.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for developing automated tests.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration of testing processes into the software development lifecycle.
- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.
