Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Tenon Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the tenoning process, ensuring precision and quality in every operation. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically with tenoning machinery.
- Strong understanding of woodworking processes and machinery operation.
- Proven leadership skills and experience supervising a team.
Preferred:
- Experience in a lead or supervisory role within a woodworking or furniture manufacturing setting.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in operating tenoning machines and related woodworking equipment.
- Familiarity with CAD software for reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Ability to perform basic machine maintenance and repairs.
