Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in a technical support or IT role
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Familiarity with cloud services and productivity software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
- Basic knowledge of scripting or coding (e.g., Python, Bash) is a plus
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in using operating systems such as Windows and macOS
- Understanding of basic networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS)
- Experience with remote desktop applications and troubleshooting tools
