Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in office technology management or related fields.
- Proven track record in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of office software applications, hardware components, and network configurations.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives from inception to completion.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience in a leadership role, mentoring junior technicians or staff.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and project management methodologies.
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional).
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in managing office productivity suites (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
- Deep understanding of networking concepts and technologies, including VPNs and firewalls.
- Experience with cloud-based solutions and remote access technologies.
- Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
