Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Taproom Manager to lead our taproom operations at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and tracking supplies to maintain optimal stock levels
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional events and marketing strategies that drive foot traffic and increase sales
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for staff and guests
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform decision-making and improve performance
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in a management role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a taproom or brewery setting
- Strong knowledge of beer styles, brewing processes, and beverage service
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- Familiarity with craft beer culture and local brewing trends
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in using POS systems and various inventory management tools
- Ability to perform financial analysis and reporting
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
