Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in switchboard assembly and wiring, with a proven track record of leadership
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety regulations, and wiring standards
- Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics
- Proficient in using hand tools and electrical testing equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team
Preferred:
- Certification in electrical engineering or related field

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
