Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Swine Genetics Research Manager to lead our cutting-edge research initiatives focused on advancing swine genetics. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Ph.D. in Animal Genetics, Animal Science, or a related field with a focus on swine.
- 5+ years of experience in swine genetics research, with a proven track record of successful project management and team leadership.
- Strong statistical analysis skills and proficiency in software such as R, SAS, or similar.
- Experience with genomic selection and advanced breeding technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex research concepts to diverse audiences.
Preferred:
- Experience in commercial swine production and knowledge of industry challenges.
