Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Survey Projects to lead and manage all aspects of our survey initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of survey projects to ensure they align with our organization's mission and objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality insights that drive decision-making and enhance our service offerings.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans for survey initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Oversee the entire survey project lifecycle, from inception through execution and analysis, ensuring adherence to best practices and methodologies.
- Lead a team of survey specialists and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify survey needs and translate them into actionable project objectives.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to enhance survey capabilities and broaden resource access.
- Analyze survey data and present findings to senior leadership, providing actionable recommendations based on evidence.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Science, Data Science, Public Health) or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in survey research, project management, or related fields, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing complex survey projects from concept to completion.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, survey design, and data interpretation.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to diverse audiences.

- Experience working with large datasets and utilizing data visualization tools to enhance report clarity.
- Familiarity with contemporary survey methodologies and technologies.

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

- Strong aptitude for using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) to track project progress and deliverables.
