Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Subscription Clerk to join our team and manage the subscription processes efficiently. In this role, you will ensure a seamless customer experience by handling subscription inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process subscription orders with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding subscriptions, including changes, cancellations, and renewals.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all subscription transactions and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Generate and analyze reports to track subscription metrics and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to subscriptions.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in subscription management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
- Experience in a subscription-based business model.
- Familiarity with billing and invoicing processes.
- Additional certifications in customer service or business administration.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and subscription management platforms.
- Strong understanding of data entry and management techniques.
- Basic knowledge of financial reporting and analytics.
