Role Overview

Responsibilities

- Provide insights and feedback to improve operations and enhance the borrower experience
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or financial services, preferably in the lending or student loan sector
- Strong understanding of student loan products, regulations, and compliance requirements
Preferred:
- Experience with loan processing systems and CRM tools
- Knowledge of federal and state student loan programs and policies
- Certification in financial services or related field
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
- Familiarity with loan origination systems and document management tools
- Basic understanding of financial analysis and reporting
