Role Overview

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams
Preferred:
- Experience in a B2B environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and account management tools
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Understanding of key account management principles and practices
