Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Regional Store Manager to lead and optimize the performance of multiple retail locations within a defined region. This role is critical in driving sales growth, enhancing customer experience, and developing a high-performing store management team that aligns with our unique brand mission and values.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple stores, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and maximize profitability
- Foster a customer-centric culture by leading training initiatives that enhance the customer experience at every touchpoint
- Analyze sales metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Recruit, train, and mentor store managers, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and personal development
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance, provide feedback, and facilitate operational excellence
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to ensure alignment on promotional strategies and inventory management
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of driving sales and operational excellence
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Exceptional analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience in multi-store management within a large retail organization
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in retail management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Understanding of inventory management and supply chain logistics

Location
This is a hybrid position, with successful candidates expected to work from the office at least 3 days a week and be able to travel to store locations within the region as needed.
