Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and experienced Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of our remote teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the remote floor operations, ensuring seamless execution of all processes and protocols
- Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance team performance and service quality

- Foster a positive team culture through effective communication, coaching, and mentoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on objectives and resolve operational challenges

- Manage staffing levels and resource allocation to meet workload demands efficiently
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting
- Proven track record of leading and motivating diverse teams to achieve high performance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship building
Preferred:
- Experience in the retail or hospitality industry
