Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Director of Sports Psychology to lead our mental performance team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology, with a specialization in Sports Psychology or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience working with athletes in a high-performance environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in psychological assessment and intervention strategies tailored for sports settings.
- Strong understanding of performance enhancement techniques and mental skills training.
Preferred:
- Experience in a leadership role within a sports organization or athletic program.
- Published research in reputable journals related to sports psychology.
- Certification with the Association for Applied Sports Psychology (AASP) or equivalent.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
