Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on snowboards or similar outdoor products
- Proven track record of leading design projects from concept to launch
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative snowboard designs and understanding of user-centric design principles
- Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, CAD software, and 3D modeling tools
Preferred:
- Experience with sustainable design practices and materials
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain considerations
- Passion for snowboarding and deep understanding of the snowboard culture and community
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
