Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Slot Technician Supervisor to lead our technical team in maintaining and enhancing the performance of our slot machine operations. In this critical role, you will oversee the repair and servicing of gaming machines, ensuring optimal functionality and compliance with gaming regulations. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a culture of excellence within the team while delivering outstanding service to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of slot technicians, providing guidance on troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of gaming machines
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize machine availability
- Develop and implement training programs for technicians to enhance skills and knowledge in gaming technology
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to gaming operations
- Collaborate with other departments to support gaming initiatives and improve guest experience
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities, ensuring proper documentation for audits
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of new gaming machines and technologies
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in slot machine repair and maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of gaming regulations and compliance standards
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair electronic gaming devices
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience with various gaming machine brands and technologies
- Knowledge of gaming operations management and best practices
- Certifications in gaming technology or related fields
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep expertise in electronic and mechanical systems of slot machines
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for gaming machines
